Bang A Beat Music Therapy Centre has a team of neurologic music therapists that offer individual and group music therapy services. All individual services begin with an assessment process that sets out goals for the therapist and client to work towards that can include social/emotional development, sensorimotor training, cognitive/academic development and speech/language development. Group therapy sessions may focus on more specific goals (social skills, speech/language, etc.)
Bang A Beat also offers Music Together Within Therapy, an award-winning music program for children that has been modified for smaller groups of children with special needs so the music can be presented in a therapeutic way.
